AEW Collision follows the NBA playoffs with a stacked card, including an ROH Men's World Championship defense as Bandido puts his gold on the line. Women's World Champion Toni Storm battles fast-rising star Queen Aminata in Eliminator action. FTR takes on their long-term rivals, formerly Undisputed, now The Paragon, in another clash in their epic history.

Garcia grabs a mic and warns FTR that they're never gonna be safe until he gets his hands on them. He'll hunt them week after week after week until he gets his revenge!!

After the match, TNT Champion Adam Cole rushes the ring to protect his friends. Stokely Hathaway holds his leg, allowing FTR to drop Roddy with Shatter Machine. As FTR turns on Cole, we hear the music of Danny Garcia!! The former champion has a crowbar!!

KOR dives in with a knee to Dax's face to break it up and splashes onto Cash as Roddy makes the cover. Dax barely kicks out. KOR tags in and traps Dax in the ankle lock with the grapevine. Before Dax can tap, Cash comes crashing down with a dive off the top. After that, the Spike Piledriver seals the deal.

FTR defeat Paragon via pinfall.

Roddy's former manager, Stokely (Diamond Mine back in NXT), taunts Roddy as Dax traps him in the ring post with a figure 4-leglock. Back in the ring, another Figure 4.

Roddy catches Dax with his fireman's carry gutbuster, but it's not enough for the win. He goes for End of Heartache, only for his knee to give out, and Cash to rush in.

Roddy drops Cash with a backbreaker on his good knee, but that leaves his bad knee going into the mat as Nigel points out.

Roddy FINALLY gets back to the apron after crawling up the steps. He's limping into action, but he's battering Dax after finally tagging in!!

Back from the break, we see Roddy on the barricade just struggling to walk. He can't do it yet without any kind of assistance. Kyle O'Reily is doing his absolute best to keep this thing going one-on-two, but how much longer can he keep this up?

KOR manages to batter FTR with stiff strikes and stumbles into his corner...but Roderick Strong is still on the floor. That knee is in a bad way. Even when Roddy gets back to the apron, Cash rolls out and drops him knee-first on the steps!!

KOR traps Dax in a Kimura Lock, but Cash comes off the top to save his partner, nearly getting the win right there.

Two of the most dangerous tag teams in pro wrestling. What a main event!

Back from the break, FTR smash Kyle's leg between the ring post and the steel steps. They're now just toying with KOR while keeping Roderick Strong out of the match.

Roddy and Kyle hit the backbreaker/diving knee drop combo on Cash for a nearfall. Cash is trapped in the ankle lock but is pulled to the floor by Dax.

Back in the ring, Roddy and Kyle tear apart Cash's back. A backbreaker from the Messiah of the Backbreaker connects, and Kyle follows with a PK to the spine. Dax tries to intervene, only to be suplexed onto his partner.

As FTR roll to the floor to escape Paragon's offense, they begin jaw-jacking with Tony Schiavone and Nigel McGuinness. "That's why you got suspended before." Nigel isn't playing with these guys. Could we see another in-ring return for the former ROH World Champion?

We hear End of Heartache ring out in the arena, and there aren't many other songs that'll get you ready for a wrestling match more than that.

It's time for the MAIN EVENT!!! FTR and Undisp--sorry, PARAGON!! Dax Harwood and Cash Harwood vs. Roderick Strong and Kyle O'Reilly!! This is going to be NASTY!!

RUSH sends Fox into the corner and hammers him with a forearm. No more jokes. The Bull's Horns connect!!

RUSH defeats AR Fox via pinfall.

Fox finally gets some offense in, stunning Rush with a leaping enziguri. On the floor, Rush is met with an incredibly high leaping cross-body over the top rope. Back inside the ring, a Swanton Bomb from halfway across the ring fails to earn him the W.

Rush hammers Fox in the corner with a big running splash and sets up for Bull's Horns, but stomps mid-jump to taunt Fox with the Tranquilo pose.

Rush bounces Fox around the ringside, repeatedly sending him into the barricade. The ref finally breaks up the assault so the match can actually begin.

Though LFI member Dralistico failed to win the previous match, leader RUSH is out next to make a statement against AR Fox.

Megan Bayne plants Anna Jay with Fate's Descent

Bandido blocks a hurricanrana off the top...at first. Dralistico uses the momentum of a powerbomb attempt for the hurricanrana, and follows with a springboard codebreaker!! It's not enough, and Dralistico argues with ref Aubrey. This gives Bandido time to recover and send Dralistico into the ringpost with a reverse powerbomb. 23-Plex!!

Dralistico catches Bandido in a tilt-a-whirl headscissor takedown into an armbar attempt. Bandido blocks it and is spiked with a Crucifix Driver!! Bandido leaps back to his feet for a penalty kick, but collapses after.

Thankfully, it seems that both men are alright. We return to the action as Bandido hits a huge tope suicida on Dralistico. After another big dive, he rolls Dralistico inside for a Frog Splash (and a little Eddie Guerrero nod) for a two-count.

We've got the ROH World Title match up next as Dralistico challenges Bandido. It starts strong, but we cut to commercial at a point where both men could be badly injured. Dralistico attempts a leaping hurricanrana off the apron. Bandido lands awkwardly, and it seems that Dralistico may have landed on his own leg, as he's grabbing at it while clearly in agony.

The ref and some ringside officials check on Dralistico as we cut to break. Hopefully, both men are okay.

Double Falcon Arrow on top of the chair!!

After the match, Jay's longtime foe Penelope Ford arrives. She blindsided Jay as Megan Bayne's music hits, which distracts Jay just long enough to be rocked with a forearm.

Ford holds Jay in place just long enough for the Megasus to enter the ring and hit Fate's Descent.

Jay's return to the ring is a quick one, as she stuns Gainey with a big kick to the jaw. After a rolling kick in the corner, Jay finishes Gainey off with the Gory Bomb.

Anna Jay is out next as she takes on the debuting Taylor Gainey.

Rush tries to attack Dante with another object, only for Leila to intervene. Andretti sends Dante into Leila, sending her crashing to the floor. As Dante looks on, he's caught by Lio's bottom rope springboard stunner and Andretti's torture rack neckbreaker. Rush hits his patented Frog Splash, and Andretti follows up with the springboard 450 Splash for the win.

CRU defeat Top Flight via pinfall.

Rush sends Dante face-first into a standing chair. CRU follows up with a double Falcon Arrow on the chair!! Somehow, they can't secure the win off of that.

Darius plants Rush on top of the beads with a swing-out powerslam for a near fall. That had to...hurt?

Back from the break, a mysterious black bag has been introduced...and it's full of Mardi Gras beads!! Well, they ARE in New Orleans.
