Gujarat Titans Schedule IPL 2024 Details
The Gujarat Titans (GT) will kickstart their IPL 2024 schedule with a high-octane encounter against five-time champions Mumbai Indians (MI). The much-anticipated fixture will occur at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad on 24th March.
Given the recent off-field history between the two franchises, it will be a spicy affair. Hardik Pandya, who skippered Gujarat Titans to two IPL campaigns, willingly exited the franchise. He was traded in an all-cash deal with the Mumbai Indians, where Pandya played previously.
Young batting sensation Shubman Gill is the current captain for the Gujarat Titans. On March 24, Hardik Pandya will return to the Gujarat home ground, that too, as a skipper for the Mumbai franchise.
Gujarat's second IPL 2024 match is scheduled against five-time champions in Chennai Super Kings (CSK). It will be a repeat of the IPL 2023 final but will be played at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai.
According to the IPL 2024 schedule, Gujarat will host Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) and Punjab Kings (PBKS) in Ahmedabad on March 31 and April 4, respectively.
The IPL 2022 winners will travel to Lucknow for a clash against the Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) at the Ekana Cricket Stadium on April 7.
Their remaining home fixtures will take place on April 16 (vs. DC), April 28 (vs. RCB), May 10 (vs. CSK), and May 13 (vs. KKR).
Meanwhile, the rest of the away matches will be staged on April 21 (vs. PBKS in Mohali), April 24 (vs. DC), May 04 (vs. RCB), and May 16 (vs. SRH).
