It's a warm day, but there has been a nice breeze. Pretty even on the square of the wicket -- 59 and 62 metres but the straight is 73 metres. The pitch is the same as the one we used in the first game here where the highest score was 119. It's a used surface but it has a nice green cover which says it has been rested enough. Down the wicket is the way to go, just like Plimmer did.
