Thanks a lot for joining me, Mohul Bhowmick, for this exciting game of cricket in the Super Smash. Until next time, ciao and take care!
Central Stags beat Auckland Aces by 15 runs!
Dan Cleaver 87* (49) | Bevan Small 3-25 William O'Donnell 45 (26) | Doug Bracewell 3-27
Although the Auckland Aces appeared as if they were coming close to the target they were chasing in the middle overs, they could not quite pull it off in the end. The bowlers of the Central Stags ensured that victory was theirs with a disciplined performance with the ball in hand.
Auckland will be extremely disappointed with this showing of theirs although their effort to come close to the total has to be commended. However, Doug Bracewell and Bevan Small bowled far too well for the Aces to chase these runs down, despite them coming so close.
