That's all from my side. This is Soumarya Dutta, signing off on behalf of Sportskeeda. See you soon.
Jacques Kallis, Gujarat Giants - It was a really tough game in the end. We've finished really well in the last two games. They played well to get close. I thought pace off was the way to go. Spinners also did really well in the middle overs. Bhatia might have done a bit of a hamstring injury but hopefully he will be fine. Sreesanth did the job for us in the last game and he has done the job this time as well. Looking forward to the Jammu leg.
Suresh Raina, Urbanrisers Hyderabad Captain - It was a very close game but their spinners and Sreesanth bowled really well. We gave a bit too many runs in the end but we batted really well as Smith and Trego got 50's. We well short by just 1 run in the end but we fought really well. Credit goes to Sreesanth and the Giants bowlers who held their nerves.
S Sreesanth, Player of the match - I'm really grateful for the award and dedicate it to my family. Thanks to the management for backing me. Guptill is a class player and it was a great moment for the team to get him out early. Jacques Kallis captained brilliantly. I keep moving around and whenever I get opportunities I try to do my best.
It's time for the Post Match presentation.
Urbanrisers Hyderabad 192/7 in 20 overs Peter Trego 59(25) | Sarbajit Ladda 1/24 Dwayne Smith 50(39) | Sreesanth 2/28
Sreesath rolled back the clock there and he held his nerve in the end as he defended 12 runs from the final over. The Urbanrisers have fought incredibly hard in this massive run chase and they've fallen short by just 1 run. It has been an outstanding game of cricket and it was nerve wracking in so many ways as the momentum shifted from one end to other right throughout the 40 overs.
Martin Guptill fell early but Dwayne Smith held fort and consolidated along with Gurkeerat Mann in the powerplay. The duo played some really good shots to up the tempo at that stage and made use of the field restrictions. However Mann fell off the final ball of the powerplay. There was another partnership between Smith and Raina as Smith crossed his 50 but they failed to accelerate in time and it cost them. The duo fell in quick succession as they looked for the big hits.
The turning point in the game came when Peter Trego arrived at the crease with his big hitting and took the momentum away from the fielding side. He played some outstanding shots in his superb knock of 59 from just 25 balls and it gave the Urbanrisers Hyderabad a real chance of winning the game. His wicket proved to be the key in the end as the lower order buckled under pressure and bottled the run chase.
Sarabjit Ladda bowled well as he conceded just 24 runs in his four overs and got a wicket. Sreesanth also got a couple of wickets as did Benn in his three over stint. Prasanna and Emrit also picked up a wicket each but they were really expensive towards the back end of the innings.

19.6 S Sreesanth to Jerome Taylor, FOUR! But the Giants previal by just a run! It was a low full toss on the pads from Sreesanth. Taylor got some bat on it and helped it through fine leg for a boundary. The Urbanrisers have lost their first game of the season here and they end up with 192/7 in 20 overs
19.5 S Sreesanth to Jerome Taylor, back of a length and on off stump. It was the slower one as well. Taylor is through the shot too early. Dot ball. 6 needed from the final ball now.
19.4 S Sreesanth to Jerome Taylor, WIDE! Down the leg side. Crucial moment in the game.
