A comfortable victory for the Prague Spartans who were definitely the better side of the two and have rightly come out on the right side of the results in this match brushing past a meek effort from Vinohrady.
Chasing 148, Vinohrady got off to a decent start and were placed at 37/0 at 2.2 overs. At that point it looked like it could be game on specially with the way Naveen Kumar was hitting the ball. But then, he fell to a rather innocuous delivery from Dominic and Vinohrady never really looked threatening from there on.
The rest of the batters were really timid in their approach and did not apply enough pressure on the Spartans' bowlers. In the middle overs, Radadiya bowled a terrific spell blocking out all the scoring opportunities and taking 3 wickets to go with it. With that effort, he killed the game there and then.
None of the batters could play the big innings that was needed for Vinohrady and in the end they fell well short of the target.
