WWE NXT (2021-present)
In August 2021, WWE enlisted Holland, following her successful completion of physical tests conducted by the company. Commencing her training at the WWE Performance Center, she was assigned the ring name Tatum Paxley. Paxley debuted on the February 18, 2022, episode of NXT Level Up, teaming up with Ivy Nile from Diamond Mine and securing a victory against Fallon Henley and Kayla Inlay.
On the February 22 episode of NXT, Paxley and Nile faced Kacy Catanzaro and Kayden Carter in the first round of the women's Dusty Rhodes Tag Team Classic but were defeated.
