Oregon Ducks Football Schedule 2024-25

The 2024 college football season will kick off with spring football, all college teams have released their schedule for the 2024-25 season. In the early months of 2024, the Oregon Ducks college football team schedule was released, and as one of the new teams added to the Big Ten Conference, the Ducks are prepared for the upcoming season. One of the most decisive games will be in week 1 with the Idaho Vandals, and the other will be with the Purdue Boilermakers in week 8.

Week 1 - August 31-Against Idaho Vandals

The Ducks will be playing their first home game in week 1 against the Idaho Vandals in Autzen Stadium, Eugene. The last game between the two was in 2004 where Oregon won by 48-10. In the series record, Oregon Ducks lead the series 52-3-4. It will be a decisive game to open the season, with a record history of 52 wins, three losses, and four ties. The Ducks’ college football record history against Idaho is 42-1-4 home records and 10-2 away record.

Week 2 - September 7- Boise State Broncos

The Oregon Ducks will be hosting Boise State in Autzen Stadium for the Week 2 game, Boise State leads the series record by 3-0. The last meeting between the two college football teams was in 2017, the Ducks lost by 38-28 and hence a challenging game in Week 2. For the upcoming game, Boise State is expected to have USC 5-star QB Malachi Nelson on the roster and in the offense.

Week 8 - October 18-Purdue Boilermakers

The game against the Purdue Boilermakers in Week 8 will be another challenge to the Ducks in the 2024-25 season. The game in Week 8 will be played at Ross-Ade Stadium, West Lafayette, and in the series record, the Ducks lead by 2-1. Purdue will be competing strongly in the Big Ten Conference under the mentorship of Ryan Walters, who became their head coach in 2023. The last matchup between the two college football teams was in Dec. 2009 which ended in Oregon winning by 38-36. The record history against Purdue accounts for two wins and one loss, with a home record of 1-0 and an away record of 1-1.

Week 14 November 29-Washington Huskies

With Washington leading the series by 63-48-5, Week 14 and the closing game will be a key game for the Ducks. The last matchup between them was in 2023 when Washington secured the win by 34-31. Week 14 will be played at Autzen Stadium, and the rivalry between the Ducks and Washington will be seen as it will be one of the toughest games for Oregon’s schedule next year.
