Where is AEW All Out 2024?
AEW All Out 2024 took place live from the Now Arena in Hoffman Estates, Illinois. The stadium was opened in 2005 and currently boasts a capacity of 10,543 spectators. This stadium was also the home of the iconic All In 2018 event, which ultimately led to the formation of All Elite Wrestling. Since then, it has been the home to AEW All Out 2019, 2021, and 2022.
AEW All Out History
All Out is held every year during the Labor Day weekend. First held in September 2019, All Out began as a spiritual successor to the pro-wrestling event All In. All-In was an independent event organized by non-WWE wrestlers such as Cody Rhodes, Kenny Omega, Young Bucks and others. The event was a huge success and it laid down the foundation for a prospective competitor for WWE, which we now know as AEW.
All Out has been held annually since 2019 during the Labor Day weekend. In 2023, AEW announced that it was bringing the All-In name under its wing. However, it did not discontinue the All Out branding and decided to organize both PPVs. For the first time in the promotion's history, PPVs are scheduled to take place in back-to-back weeks, as All-In 2023 took place on August 27, 2023, just a week before All-Out which was held on September 3. For the next year, however, AEW postponed the show a week further, after reviews from fans and critics from the 2023 show.
