Riley has made three appearances in the U.S. Open, missing the cut in 2020 and 2015 but tying for 31st place in 2023. Riley's first PGA Tour victory came in April 2023 when he and partner Nick Hardy won the Zurich Classic of New Orleans. In May 2024, Riley achieved his first PGA Tour individual triumph by winning the Charles Schwab Challenge.
