Right then, we are done with the fourth and penultimate T20I of the series but India Women continue to put up winning performances! Bangladesh Women haven't been able to make a mark even, up to now. Will this happen again in the fifth and final match or will we see a proper fight from the hosts? For that, we have to wait till Thursday to find out as these two teams take the field in Sylhet again. Of course, every match before the T20 World Cup in October is a dress rehearsal for the tournament, so there is plenty at stake in the last match of this series. This is the pair of Soumarya and Bidipto taking your leave. Keep following Sportskeeda!
Harmanpreet Kaur (Player of the match, 39 off 26 balls, India Women captain): (On the win and her own batting) It was a great show by all of us, and am really happy to contribute today! (On the players coming good in the series with whatever opportunity they have got) Well whoever plays for the team is expected to give it her all, so, no matter what the composition of the side is, the effort in all three departments is the key. (On a whitewash possibility) We are looking at the process and at expressing ourselves out there in the park, if that happens, the result will come.
Nigar Sultana, Bangladesh Women Captain - Batting has been a concern for us. In a rain affected match we had to get runs in the powerplay but we couldn't. We had to show some more intent in the beginning like Shorifa did in the end. We have a really young team and not enough experience. Fargana Hoque will be back and we should be a stronger side in the Asia cup and the world cup , as we will improve with experience.
Asha Sobhana - My teammates have been really supportive. Especially Harmanpreet Kaur and Smriti. They've created a great team environment which has helped me a lot to perform and improve. Age is just a number and I believe in the "Never give up" attitude.
This was a tall ask for Bangladesh right from the get go and in the end, things not quite up to scratch for them, as far as the batting went!
India Women will be mighty pleased with their bowling effort, though there were a few lapses in the field that should not have been.
Asha Sobhana, making her debut at well over 33 years of age, bowled superbly to pick up 2 wickets in 3 overs, giving away only 18 runs! The other two spinners, Radha Yadav and Deepti Sharma, were impressive as well, as usual!
Only two batters scored at strike rates of 100 or more for Bangladesh, with one of them scoring only 5 runs and the other, an unbeaten 11! Tells you a story, doesn't it?
The pitch played well, the outfield was decent and rain did not interfere again, to hand India their fourth win of the series with one match to play!

Last delivery of the match!
13.5 Pooja Vastrakar to Nahida Akter, too full and around off stump. Akter tries to go over the top of the mid off region and she gets a leading edge. Will be a couple of runs.
13.4 Pooja Vastrakar to Nahida Akter, short and around the middle stump line. Akter tries to pull that one but she misses it. Dot ball.
