This is me, Mohul Bhowmick, signing off also on behalf of my partner Pradeep from this exciting game in the Lanka Premier League. We hope you enjoyed it as much as we did bringing it to you. Until next time, goodbye!
Thisara Perera, captain of the Jaffna Kings: It was quite challenging for us (to cope with the pressure.) If you are doing the right thing, then there is not a lot of pressure. We have a lot of experienced players in our side, so it is all about guiding the youngsters in our side. We have one more game to go, so we will be looking to give everyone a go.
Angelo Mathews, captain of Colombo Stars: I had to come down the order as Ravi Bopara was sick. Fortunately, it worked out. Let's see how it goes (when asked about if he wants to continue batting in the middle-order), I don't want to give too much away. Benny (Howell) was fantastic today. Did not feel that we were in control over the game today. It was good fun, but sadly the result did not go our way.
James Fuller is the Player of the Match! Here's what he has to say: The game was in the pocket at the half-way stage, they were 50 odd or something and they did really well to bring life back into the game, Angelo and Benny, trying to stick with the plan, the odd faster one as well. I was bowling to my good mate Benny, the ball that I got him was stuck in the deck and I tried to take the pace off to make life difficult, I tried to bowl a yorker at the end, it came off but was slow, all's well that ends well.
The Colombo Stars seemed all but gone in their chase but it was their skipper Angelo Mathews who kept them alive till the end. They kept losing wickets at regular intervals and this meant that the Jaffna Kings were on top of the game throughout. They lose their openers Niroshan Dickwella and Nishan Madushka without too many runs on the board.
The likes of Dinesh Chandimal, Charith Asalanka and Navod Paranavithana too followed and it seemed like too tough a task for their skipper Angelo Mathews to carry on alone. He battled alone and found good support from Benny Howell, who struck a lovely 43 towards the end. If he had not received support from Howell, he would not have been able to take his side this far.
Needing seven off the last ball, Mathews could not quite get a six to take the match to a super over. The Kings won this game, but just barely. Their bowlers, led by Asitha Fernando, were on the mark for most of the game as were the likes of Maheesh Theekshana and James Fuller. Being part of an excellent game that went down to the last ball, the Stars will be very, very proud of their performance.

19.6 James Fuller to Angelo Mathews, MATHEWS DOESN'T GET HOLD OF IT AND KINGS HOLD THE NERVE! Back of a length on the off-stump, Mathews looks to heave but mistimes it into the on-side for one, not enough in the end but spare a thought for Mathews and Howell who brought this game tantalizingly closer in the end!
19.5 James Fuller to Angelo Mathews, bowls full and straight on the stumps, Mathews needed to put that one away to boundary as well but he gets just a couple. 6 to a Super Over!
Are we seeing something special here!? Hold on to your seats, folks!
19.4 James Fuller to Angelo Mathews, SIX MORE! Mathews you beauty, he's turned it on and has single handedly gotten his team closer to the target here. Short on the fourth stump, Mathews pulls it and has DISPATCHED it way over deep square-leg for another maximum.
