Pitch number 5, the same wicket was used last week. There was an event contest the last time and it was a good game. The pitch is hard and the team batting first should enjoy. Death bowling could be a challenge with smaller square boundaries

A match that fizzled in the end as Shivamogga Lions failed to capitalise on one good partnership and failed to take the game to the end. They suffered a sixth loss this season and will be looking to win their remaining games.
They were jolted early on in the charge as they lost two wickets in the first over. Hardik Raj played a handy knock but then threw his wicket away.
Nihal Ullal had got his way but then was losing partners at the other end. He found Abhinav Manohar at the other end and the duo stitched a 68-run partnership before Ullal was stumped. Abhinav lost his wicket in a bid to up the ante and the lower middle order failed to get the job done as they crumbled towards the end, resulting in yet another loss for the Lions.
Mysore Warriors bowled really well to defend their total. Vidyadhar Patil and CA Karthik picked up 3 wickets each. Krishnappa Gowtham and Deepak Devadiga picked up a wicket each as well
