Thank you so much for joining us for yet another test match between the two sides. This is Pradeep and myself (Pranav Danani) signing off. Don't go anywhere as we have cricket coming up for you live and covered the entire day as New Zealand take on Netherlands in the 3rd ODI of the series followed by some Indian Premier League as Kane WIlliamson's side lock horns with KL Rahul's side as the Sunrisers Hyderabad take on the Lucknow Super Giants.
Dean Elgar (South Africa, Captain) - Pretty special and we had to execute the skills for long period of time as it was a challenge for the new bowling unit. Conditions played a factor for the team selections especially the bowling department. On day two, we couldn't bowl the seamers for a long time due to bad light and we surely had a lot of learning curves. The side has worked their backsides off from the team to the coaches to the staff. A lot of things happen differently in a test match and we were fortunate to bat first and had the things in our favor. The light was surely touch and go and the spinners worked for us. The spinners are pushing each other in the nets and it is amazing to see the way they operate as they have a healthy competition which is amazing for the environment in the dressing room. At the moment we have a bit of a headache with the selection, but as of now we would like to enjoy the test victory
Keshav Maharaj - (Player of the Match) - Quite emotional as I could get the team for victory at home. It was all about being patient and getting my line and lengths right. As cricketers we get impatient when we bowl long spells but it is the hard work from the first innings that payed off in the second. You can never take test victories for granted and we will surely come back on a positive. My family is here and this place is home for me and it makes it even more special.
Mominul Haque (Captain, Bangladesh): We discussed to play the ball on it's merit, didn't look for the result but unfortunately we lost three wickets overnight. We are used to play spin back home, Durban offers more spin on 4th and 5th day, we didn't capitalize with the bat earlier on, played a lot of loose shots but we put up good partnerships in the first inning, bowlers did their job in both the innings. Our pace bowlers have been doing well, if you consider in New Zealand and here in the ODI's. In the first day, the wicket was a bit moist and we used that to our advantage, I thought 360 plus was a bit higher in the first inning, 290 would've been good. We take a lot of positives from this game, there is still one game left, we need to come back strongly. Will miss Taskin and Shoriful but it's a good opportunity for the new guys, we will rest and then come back well in the next couple of days for the next test match.
South Africa have won the match by a humongous margin and the home side will surely have a party back in the dressing room after that victory as they have finished the match right in a first one hour of the day. One of the lowest totals in Test cricket history as Bangladesh have been toppled in the final innings and the spinners have been the ace of spades right from the day one of this test match as they have taken the maximum wickets for them which was something the Bangladeshis did not expect at all.
South Africa's first innings with Bavuma and the top order giving a splendid performance put pressure on the visitors in the first innings and even though Joy put up an excellent 137 all by himself for the team to get them to a total of 298 it was a total that was not going to be enough for the batters as they managed to give Bangladesh a comfortable target in the second innings and defend it by breaking all records as Bangladesh in the final innings have scored the lowest ever total on this very ground as Keshav Maharaj got 7-32 as he becomes the highest wicket taker for a South African spinner.
South Africa have got their heads up in this series and they will look to start off their day today with some celebrations as the entire unit has had a splendid performance for their side.

18.6 Keshav Maharaj to Taskin Ahmed, OUT! EDGED AND TAKEN AT FIRST SLIP! South Africa win in a canter and Maharaj has his SEVEN-FOR! What a dominating display of bowling this from South Africa, it all took just 13 overs to wrap things up as they snared those 7 Bangladesh wickets this morning. Good length on the middle and off, Taskin goes on the backfoot to defend but takes the inside edge and goes to first slip who takes a simple catch. South Africa go 1-0 in the series!
Taskin Ahmed lbw b Maharaj 14 (17b 0x4 1x6)
18.5 Keshav Maharaj to Taskin Ahmed, tossed up a good length on the off-stump, Taskin lunges into it and smothers.
18.4 Keshav Maharaj to Taskin Ahmed, good length from around the wicket, on the middle and off, Taskin gets a big stride to defend.
18.3 Keshav Maharaj to Taskin Ahmed, touch fuller this time on the outside off, Taskin opens the blade, carves it through the covers for a single.
