Tiffany Stratton (original name: Jessica Woynilko), is an American expert grappler, professional bodybuilder, and gymnastic specialist. She is signed to WWE as of 2024 under the in-ring name Tiffany Stratton and performs on the advancement development portion of the NXT brand. Stratton is also a former NXT Women's Champion.

Tiffany Stratton has been wrestling professionally since 2021 having joined the WWE Performance Center that year. She has not wrestled for any other promotion as of 2024.
Tiffany Stratton Professional Wrestling Career
Debut in NXT
Stratton joined the WWE Performance Center in August 2021. She was the only female participant in that particular batch of new WWE joinees. She made her pro-wrestling debut under the in-ring name Tiffany Stratton, by beating Amari Miller during recordings of an episode of 205 Live in November 2021. On December 28, 2021, She appeared on NXT, where she beat Fallon Henley. She began an enmity with Sarray, which made both of them lose their triumphs. The quarrel ended in April 2022, when Stratton was successful, consequently ending the feud. On May 26, Stratton took part in the NXT Women's Break-Out Competition, supplanting Nikkita Lyons after she experienced a physical issue, beating Fallon Henley in the elimination rounds. Roxanne Perez crushed her in the finals. Stratton then began a fight with Wendy Choo, beating her at The Great American Bash but losing to her in a lights-out match in August.
NXT Women's Champion
After a break from wrestling because of a head injury in October 2022, Stratton made her comeback on January 10, 2023, at NXT: New Year's Evil, where she cut a promotion showing a confirmed demeanor to her prosperous young lady outlook. On April 1, Stratton contended in the ladder match for the NXT Ladies' Title at NXT Stand and Deliver (2023), however, she didn't catch the title. On the May 9 episode of NXT, Stratton crushed Gigi Dolin and Perez, progressing to the finals against Lyra Valkyria for the NXT Ladies' Title at NXT Battleground.
At the event, Stratton emerged victorious and walked out as the NXT Women's Champion. She went on to defend her title at NXT Gold Rush, NXT Great American Bash and on few episodes of NXT before losing it to Becky Lynch on a September 12, 2023 episode of NXT. Her 107-day title reign came to an end at the hands of Lynch, and she failed to regain the title from Lynch at NXT No Mercy on September 30. Stratton then defeated Fallon Henley to qualify for the Women's Iron Survivor Challenge at NXT Deadline.
WWE Main Roster
In January 2024, Tiffany Stratton was signed to WWE SmackDown, where she defeated Michin in her debut match. She wrestled in the Women's Elimination Chamber match but was eliminated by Liv Morgan. She earned herself a shot at the WWE Women's Championship at Backlash: France in a triple threat match but Bayley retained the gold and then was eliminated by Bianca Belair in the WWE Queen of the Ring tournament. She then joined hands with Nia Jax, who was the winner of that Queen of the Ring tournament. Stratton then qualified for the Women's Money in the Bank ladder match. Against all the odds, she managed to win that ladder match and became the Ms. Money in the Bank.

Tiffany Stratton Championships
