Roman Reigns, the undisputed Head of the Table in WWE, is one of the most decorated wrestlers in WWE History. From early appearances to his current dominant reign, The Big Dog has been a constant presence on The Grandest Stage of Them All. He has some unbelievable distinctions in WWE history, and also at WrestleMania.

Reigns is one of the only two wrestlers to defeat The Undertaker at WrestleMania. His feud against Brock Lesnar and Cody Rhodes makes him the only wrestler to have three WrestleMania matches against two different opponents. He is the only wrestler to defend his title at four WrestleMania events across a single reign. Further, Reigns has headlined the event nine times, the most by any superstar. He has not headlined the event on only three occasions - two times as a member of The Shield, and once in 2019 when the main event was headlined by female superstars.

1. Win against Randy Orton, Sheamus, and The Big Show - WrestleMania XXIX

While Roman Reigns was starting to build his name in WWE at WrestleMania 29, he didn't have a separate singles or tag team match. Instead, he teamed up with Seth Rollins and Dean Ambrose as part of The Shield. The Shield took on a formidable trio of Randy Orton, Sheamus, and Ryback in a six-man tag team brawl. WrestleMania 29 wasn't the night for a solo Roman Reigns performance, but it was a significant one as part of The Shield's dominant victory.

2. Win Against Kane and The New Age Outlaws - WrestleMania XXX

Building up to WrestleMania XXX, Roman Reigns had set the record for the most eliminations in a Royal Rumble match. However, his eliminations also included Dean Ambrose and Seth Rollins, marking a rift in the faction. They, however, tried to reconcile and teamed up to face Kane and The New Age Outlaws at WrestleMania XXX. It took less than three minutes for The Shield to make good of their opponent, extending their WrestleMania record to 2-0.

3. Lost Against Seth Rollins - WrestleMania 31

At WrestleMania 31, Roman Reigns found himself in a very different situation compared to the previous year. He emerged victorious in the Royal Rumble match, setting him up for a coveted main event slot. Reigns went on to challenge Brock Lesnar for the WWE World Heavyweight Championship. The match itself was a hard-hitting affair, with Reigns showcasing his impressive power against Lesnar's brutality. However, the ending was out of the syllabus. Mr. Money in the Bank Seth Rollins interfered and cashed in his briefcase, pinning Reigns to pull off Heist of the Century.

4. Win Against Triple H - WrestleMania 32

WrestleMania 32 saw Roman Reigns claim the WWE World Heavyweight Championship in a gruelling main event against Triple H. This match was the culmination of a long-running storyline where The Authority, led by Triple H and Stephanie McMahon, consistently thwarted Reigns' attempts to reach the top. After losing his title at Royal Rumble, Reigns became the number one contender by beating Brock Lesnar and his best friend Dean Ambrose at Fastlane. At WrestleMania, Reigns battled The Game in a 28-minute brawl that eventually culminated in The Big Dog ending Triple H’s last title reign in WWE.

5. Win Against The Undertaker - WrestleMania 33

At WrestleMania 33, Roman Reigns collided with the Undertaker in a brutal No Holds Barred match. This highly anticipated bout was a clash of titans: Reigns, the young and powerful powerhouse, versus The Undertaker, whose yard was WrestleMania. Both men unleashed a devastating arsenal of moves. In a shocking turn of events, Reigns emerged victorious after hitting a second Spear on a weakened Undertaker. This win marked a historic moment, as it only became the second loss for The Undertaker at WrestleMania.

6. Loss Against Brock Lesnar - WrestleMania 34

The only two superstars to defeat The Undertaker at WrestleMania faced each other for Lesnar’s Universal Championship at WrestleMania 34. While Lesnar sent him to Suplex City, Reigns fought back with his Superman Punches and Spears, even coming close to victory multiple times. After sixteen minutes, Lesnar's raw power prevailed. He countered a final Spear attempt with a devastating F-5, pinning Reigns and retaining the Universal Championship.

7. Win Against Drew McIntyre - WrestleMania 35

There has been only one WrestleMania where Roman Reigns competed in a singles match and it was not the main event of the night. It was at WrestleMania 35 when he went up against Drew McIntyre in a singles match. Fresh off his remission news from leukaemia, Reigns challenged McIntyre to a match, who had been attacking his friend Dean Ambrose for weeks. The match at WrestleMania lasted about 10 minutes where Roman Reigns finally won.

8. Win Against Edge and Daniel Bryan - WrestleMania 37

The main event of WrestleMania 37 Night 2 was a thrilling triple threat match featuring Roman Reigns defending his Universal Championship against both Edge and Daniel Bryan. It was a chaotic and hard-fought battle and was the first time Reigns entered WrestleMania as a world champion. In the end, Reigns managed to retain his title with a strategic pinfall. He pinned both Edge and Bryan at the same time, and proved why he was called the "Tribal Chief."

9. Win Against Brock Lesnar - WrestleMania 38

The rivalry between Roman Reigns and Brock Lesnar is, so far, the only one to headline three different WrestleMania events. Their last WrestleMania match came in 2022 when Roman Reigns put his Universal Championship on the line while Brock Lesnar defended his WWE Championship, making it a Title Unification match. The match lasted 12 minutes and was ultimately won by Roman Reigns after Paul Heyman slid a title belt to Reigns, who used it to hit Lesnar and unify the two titles.

10. Win Against Cody Rhodes - WrestleMania 39

Just like the 2021 and 2022 events, the winner of the 2023 Royal Rumble Cody Rhodes, chose Roman Reigns as his opponent. At WrestleMania 38 Night Two, the two fought for more than 34 minutes, marking Reigns’ longest match at WrestleMania. However, Rhodes was the victim of interference from Bloodline as Solo Sikoa slid in to hit a Samoan Spike followed by a vicious spear from The Tribal Chief to retain.

11. Win Against Seth Rollins & Cody Rhodes - WrestleMania XL

The Rock and Roman Reigns teamed up in the former's first match since 2016 to take on Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins in the main event of the night one of WrestleMania XL. This was Reigns' second encounter against both Rhodes and Rollins at the event after 2023 and 2015, respectively. While the match was evenly fought, it was The Bloodline who eventually won.

12. Loss Against Cody Rhodes - WrestleMania XL

Cody Rhodes won the Royal Rumble once again in 2024 and challenged Reigns for the title once again. However, after losing in the Night One, the main event for Night Two was stipulated Bloodline Rules. This marked the fourth feud after The Rock-Stone Cold, The Undertaker-Triple H, and Roman Reigns-Brock Lesnar to feature in three WrestleMania matches, also making Roman Reigns the first to feature in two such feuds. Jimmy Uso, Jey Uso, Solo Sikoa, John Cena, The Rock, Seth Rollins and The Undertaker made interference in the match and eventually Rhodes became the new champion.
