Min Woo Lee is an Australian professional golfer who was born on July 27, 1998. He began playing golf at a young age and earned eight amateur titles between 2013 and 2018. After which, in 2019, he turned professional and went on to win his first professional event, the ISPS Handa Vic Open, on the European Tour in 2020. He reached his career-high ranking of No. 31 in March 2024.

As of March 2025, Lee is ranked No. 56, as per Official World Golf Rankings (OWGR). Furthermore, he has won a total of four professional events, including three on the European Tour. Although he has yet to win a major championship, he tied for fifth place at the 2023 U.S. Open which was his best finish. He also represented Australia at the 2024 Paris Olympics.

Min Woo Lee’s parents are Soonam and Clara Lee. In the 1990s, his parents relocated to Australia from the Republic of Korea, as per Olympics' official website.

Clara Lee is the mother of Min Woo Lee. She was a golf coach who introduced the sport to the Minjee and Min Woo, according to the International Golf Federation (IGF). Min Woo stated to the Golf Digest in 2024 that, "My mom was a golf professional and started teaching at the local range when my older sister, Minjee, was born. Minjee and I grew up following Mom around at the range.”

Soonam Lee is the father of Min Woo Lee. Soonam was a basketball and swimming coach, as per International Golf Federation. Min Woo Lee stated during an interview with Golf Digest: “My dad started playing golf when he met my mom and became a plus-handicap. I didn’t love golf as a kid, but since we’re a golfing family, it’s always been a part of my life. Minjee has won multiple major championships, and it was always clear growing up that she was going to be great. It took me longer to fall in love with golf."
