Paige Spiranac was a star golfer in college, with three top-20 finishes during her junior year. She finished T15 in the Peg Barnard Invitational, making her the top finisher.

She was an excellent player even before she began college and was named West Region Player of the Year twice by the Future Collegians World Tour. She also played in the U.S. Girls' Junior Amateur three times and qualified for the Junior PGA Championship four times.

Spiranac, currently a social media influencer, began playing professionally in late 2015 and in 2016 at the Orange Tree Golf Resort in a playoff match against Hannah O'Sullivan on the Cactus Tour.

She also competed in the LPGA qualifying event that year but did not earn a card. However, after a few failures and a lot of pressure, she realized she couldn't handle it and wasn't emotionally strong enough, so she retired in 2016.

Later on, she began writing a monthly column for Golf Magazine and served as a brand ambassador for various businesses. By 2023, she had launched her own website, OnlyPaige, which offered golf advice and vlogs but was subscription-based.
