That brings us to the end of our coverage for this encounter. Till the next time, this is myself (Arya Sekhar Chakraborty) signing off also on behalf of my fellow commentator and good mate Lavil Saldanha.
Imran Tahir (Guyana Amazon Warriors captain): Feel really proud. I would take it anyday playing in the final had anyone said that before the tournament. Everyone tried to play their roles. Really nice to see Azam get some runs. Really happy to see both Azam and Hetmyer score some runs as they are very important players for us. There will be nerves, no doubt about that. It's normal to feel some nerves. Only if u are AB de Villiers you might not have nerves. We have to continue playing the way we have done. I would also like to thank the home crowd. For me, batting in the middle overs was a bit tricky. We spoke about that but we know some big hitters left and these guys can score 20 off 10 days. It will definitely be a good game. For me, toss is just a thing. If we win, we will get benefit and vice versa but it's important to focus on cricket. I love to have him any day in my team. He was really emotional when Keemo Paul found out he wasn't played. I will be happy if he makes to the playing XI on Sunday as he has been working extremely hard. Thanks to all the support throughout the tournament
Brandon King (Jamaica Tallawahs captain): We didn't bowl particularly badly but credit goes to the Warriors. They batted brilliantly. Especially with the dew coming in, we thought it would get easier to bat but instead it got tougher. I am definitely not 100 percent but have tried to go as much as possible for them. My focus has always been my role and with captaincy coming up it was a bit different. Imad and Mohammad Amir were the two most consistent performers for us. Springer is the one to look for the future.
Dwaine Pretorius is the man of the match for 2/21 in 4 overs. Here's what he has to say: I think as a team we had a point to prove. We are one of the best teams in the tournament and let ourselves down vs. TKR. We got good support in this country when we played and wanted to win it for them. They believed in me a lot, I worked a lot with Klusner and he gave me good plans. I'll share this award with AK( Azam Khan)
Azam Khan (54 runs off 27 balls): It was a tricky situation and I backed myself to come good. It was all about testing nerves in a pressure game, I went over mid-off and mid-on and was successful. Dwaine bowled really well, it was really sweet of him to share the award with him, he deserved it more. We are like a family in the dressing room
That will be the end of the contest. Mohammad Amir gingerly walked off the field after ending his spell. He won't be coming out to bat and that means the Amazon Warriors have gone onto win convincingly by 81 runs. The Tallawahs were never really in the game and ends up going down meekly. It will be a repeat of Qualifier 1 in the final.
What a dominating performance this turned out to be from the Guyana Amazon Warriors as they skittled out the Jamaica Tallawahs for just runs and booked a place in the final on Sunday slated to be played against the Trinbago Knight Riders who defeated them in Qualifier 1. The run chase never really took off. Openers Brandon King and Alex Hales tried to provide a rollicking start but that wasn't to be. Wickets kept falling at regular intervals of the game.
It was a splendid spell of swing bowling from Dwaine Pretorius as he bagged the wicket of Alex Hales followed by Shamarh Brooks in the same over. Imran Tahir introduced himself into the attack in the 6th over and he didn't disappoint. He bagged 3 crucial wickets to finish with figures of 3/7. Imad Wasim stayed out there till the end and remained unbeaten on 43 as things capitulated at the other end.
Fabian Allen who was expected to make an impact, departed without scoring much. Tahir ended as the most successful over with 3 scalps to his name while Pretorius bagged a couple. It was a great gesture from Dwaine Pretorius to hand his Player of the Match Award to Azam Khan who played a crucial part in taking the score over 180.
15.2 Imran Tahir to Nicholson Gordon, BOWLED HIM! Length delivery outside the off stump, Tahir gets that one to come back in sharply and Gordon is beaten all ends up, with his off stump lighting red. That should be the end of the innings as Mohammad Amir was injured in the first innings and will not walk out to bat. Guyana Amazon Warriors win the match by 81 runs and will face Trinbago Knight Riders in the finals
15.1 Imran Tahir to Nicholson Gordon, length delivery outside the off stump. Gordon plays that one towards point for a dot ball
The Amazon Warriors does deny a single to Imad Wasim on the final delivery of the game. The equation is a foregone conclusion depsite Imad Wasim being at the crease. Gordon has faced just 2 deliveries. Imad would be hoping that Gordon can provide some company.

14.6 Dwaine Pretorius to Imad Wasim, length delivery outside the off stump. Imad looked to push that one towards extra cover but gets an edge that goes to the keeper on the bounce
