That is it from this match here with Bangladesh getting a 4-0 lead in the series. We have the fifth and final match coming up in a couple of days, on Sunday morning. Make sure you join us for that, for now this is Sourabh and Mohul taking your leave. You can switch tabs and follow the live IPL match between CSK and GT over here.
Najmul Hossain Shanto (Bangladesh captain) - The batting collapse was disappointing but the way Tamim and Soumya batted, really happy. We could have batted more carefully, the next match we will come back better. We though the wicket was a bit tricky, they bowled really well in the second half too. Throughout the series, every bowler has bowled really well and today Shakib coming back was really important. That is what we expect from the experienced players (on Shakib's and Fizz's performance).
Mustafizur Rahman has been awarded the player of the match for his bowling performance of 3/19
Sikandar Raza (Zimbabwe captain): We keep getting closer and closer. One thing I am very happy about is that the youngsters are putting their hands up and showing a lot of courage. The fielding made a difference I feel, especially the boundary that their skipper saved towards the end. I feel that my batting is crucial for my team, and unfortunately, I have not been among the runs. I will back my boys till the end. In the last three games, we bowled well but our batting has let us down. We lose wickets in clusters generally, but I can live with that as we are playing with an extremely inexperienced side. We expect these things.
Time for the post-match presentations!
MATCH SUMMARY
Bangladesh won by 5 runs
Tanzid Hasan 52(37) | Shakib Al Hasan 4/35(3.4) Johnathan Campbell 36(27) | Luke Jongwe 3/20(3)
Ohh the ebbs and flows of the game, an absolute cliffhanger of a game as Bangladesh pip Zimbabwe by a tiny margin of 5 runs to deny them their first victory and themselves take their fourth consecutive win in the series.
This match swung one way and then the other, came back again and then swung for one more time but in the end it is the hosts that have held their nerves and have come up trumps.
Chasing 144, Zimbabwe's top order disappointed yet again as they lost 3 wickets in the first 6 overs and it was left up to the middle and lower order to do the work for them again. Even though it was not a big target, Zimbabwe kept on losing wickets in regular intervals and that pegged them back whenever they looked to accelerate.
Bangladesh bowlers were excellent, Taskin started the job with 2 wickets, Fizz continued the good with 3 wickets in the middle but it was the experience and guile of Shakib which came to the rescue when it all mattered in the final over with 14 runs needed.
Zimbabwe will look at it as another missed opportunity specially after dramatically making Bangladesh go from 101/0 to 143/10, skittling them out for almost nothing. Bangladesh openers, Tanzid Hasan and Soumya Sarkar got off to a brilliant start with the former getting a half-century but then the whole team collapsed as the likes of Jongwe, Ngarava and Bennett ran through the entire batting order.

19.5 Shakib Al Hasan to Richard Ngarava, IT IS ALL OVER! SHAKIB WINS IT FOR BANGLADESH! Flatter and quicker on off and middle at a length. Ngarava tries to go through with the pull shot but ends up playing it a bit too soon. The ball goes past him and ends up shattering his stumps! Zimbabwe, ever so close to their first victory on this tour, are beaten!
Richard Ngarava b Shakib Al Hasan 0 (1b, 0x4, 0x6).
Richard Ngarava, LHB, comes in at 11
That is experience for you from Shakib, saw the batter coming and just threw wide for the keeper to do the rest, wide given but Zimbabwe are 9 down now
