Another comprehensive victory for the Barbados Royals over Trinbago Knight Riders as they were the better team right from the start. Chasing the modest total of 133, Rahkeem Cornwall departs cheaply but Kyle Mayers went all guns blazing and tore the Royals' bowling attack apart.
He didn't show any mercy as it was raining boundaries and sixes in the middle. He brought up his third half-century this season and the Trinbago bowlers were clueless on how to stop the onslaught. Even Sunil Narine was smashed for the second tier. Finally, Dupavillon got rid of Mayers, but de Kock and Bosch hung in there and hit the remaining runs to make it 6 out of 6 for the Royals
