Commentary

The Bangla Tigers have got the much needed momentum in the last few matches and will be hoping to continue the winning run. Team Abu Dhabi on the other hand has been nothing short of shambolic day after day and are yet to win a game yet. Like always it was a joy bringing the live updates to you from this encounter. Benny Howell (Bangla Tigers captain): Yeah it's always nice to win a toss and bowl first and restrict them to a low score. The bowlers bowled well but the pitch helped us. Shannon bowled brilliantly and Daniel as well. I took two wickets and managed to roll my arm over. Jordan Cox is playing brilliantly, he is playing golf so that's working as I guess. Hopefully, we can win the next match as well.

Daniel Sams (Player of the Match): Yeah the way the pitch is playing, especially today the bowlers seems to dominate. Set the win for the guys. Yeah it was an important game. We needed a win, the boys stepped up. Hopefully we can keep this winning momentum going and go all the way to the final.

What a dominating performance from the Bangla Tigers as they won the match by 9 wickets and with 5.1 overs to spare. Jordan Cox came out all guns blazing and smoked an unbeaten 56 off just 23 deliveries to take the side home. A target of 66 was never going to trouble the Bangla Tigers but the pitch looked a dicey one. The Delhi Bulls were earlier dismissed for just 31 runs so Team Abu Dhabi had belief. The wicket of Avishka Fernando in the very first over gave them hope and if the catches were taken, the equation could have been a bit different.

Kusal Mendis was the next man in and only played 4 balls as Jordan Cox hogged the strike. He was dropped twice in as many balls and made full use of the reprieves. He went berserk against Tymal Mills in the 4th over which all but killed the game. Cox's knock was studded with 10 fours and a couple of sixes while Mendis remained unbeaten on 8 with a six to his name

4.5 Noor Ahmad to Jordan Cox, SIX! That's game set and match for the Bangla Tigers. Comfortable victory by 9 wickets. That was a drag down from Noor, a tad outside off and Cox rocks back and clubs it away down the ground, comfortably clearing the long on fence.

4.3 Noor Ahmad to Jordan Cox, SIX! Absolutely nailed down the ground. What a way to get to an electrifying half-century. A tossed up delivery from Noor, a shade outside off, Cox clears his front leg and hammers this downtown and hits the sightscreen.

4.2 Noor Ahmad to Jordan Cox, FOUR! Back to back boundaries for Cox. Short and wide outside off, Cox clears his front leg and thrashes that away past the cover fielder, races away to the fence.

4.1 Noor Ahmad to Jordan Cox, FOUR! A flatter trajectory delivery from Noor Ahmad to start the over, makes some space and goes onto the backfoot, uses the depth of the crease to swipe that away in the gap and off to the deep midwicket fence.
