This is a new pitch. Not been used before in the tournament. The side boundary is 54 metre. Down wide mid on is no more than 60. 67 68 towards the square and 80 metre down the ground. The pitch is very dry and I will be astonished if it doesn't spin. The pacers will use the cutters a lot. The Paarl Royals have become very comfortable. The bulk of the crowd has gathered under the trees. All in all the surface looks fabulous but it is bound to turn. 160 could be a winning score..
