Bryan Cook is a professional American football player who plays as a safety for the Kansas City Chiefs in the NFL. Cook was the 62nd pick in the second round of the 2022 NFL draft for the Chiefs. By the end of his rookie season, he had 27 tackles and 1 sack while starting one of the 16 games in played in. In 2023, Cook started all 12 games he played. He suffered an ankle injury in Week 13 and was subsequently placed on the injured reserve. He concluded the 2023 season with 42 tackles.

Cook initially joined Howard University for his collegiate football where over two seasons he played as a cornerback and recorded two forced fumbles, 93 tackles and 5 interceptions. Following his sophomore season with the Bisons, he transferred to the University of Cincinnati. He was redshirted through his first season there.
