However, after the longtime New England Patriots quarterback was signed by the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, a new estate in Florida was surely on the horizon for the power couple. After arriving in Tampa Bay, Brady moved his family into a sprawling mansion on Davis Islands. However, reports mention that he and his family may move to a more practical abode across Old Tampa Bay. He and his ex-wife Gisele Bundchen, heavily invested in real estate and the assets got split up after their amicable divorce.

Tom Brady and Gisele Bündchen, reportedly bought a $17 million property on the Miami waterfront where they planned to build their dream home. Tom Brady has been left with the property after the divorce with Bundchen set to buy a porperty close to it.

The $23 million opulent South Tampa estate of MLB icon Derek Jeter was leased by Tom Brady when he signed with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in 2020. Before moving to a new residence on Riviera Drive, he had made the decision to reside there with his children and ex-wife Gisele Bundchen. The highest level of luxury is represented by the $23 million mega-mansion. They later sold it in July 2018 for a price of $13.95 million.

The house is nearly 22,000 square feet heated, and nearly 33,000 overall.

Reports mention that he and his family are closing in on the mansion and may move to a more practical abode across Old Tampa Bay.
