Joseph Le Burrow, simply known as Joe Burrow is an American football quarterback for the Cincinnati Bengals as of the 2024 NFL season. The Cincinnati Bengals selected him with the 1st overall pick in the 2020 NFL Draft. Burrow, who has led the Bengals to a Super Bowl and two AFC Championship appearances since getting the nod as a starter back in 2020 was a two-way athlete back at Athens High School, playing both football and basketball. He led his football team to three straight playoff appearances while also being named as first-team all-state at point guard during his senior year. Following his high school career, Burrow committed to Ohio State but after not getting the nod as a starter in three years, he transferred to LSU. The 2021 NFL Comeback Player of the Year went on to have a historic season at LSU in 2019, where he not only led the NCAA in passing yards and passer rating but also led LSU to an undefeated season en route to a National Championship. Since entering the league in 2020, Burrow instantly changed the fortunes of the Bengals franchise, as he took them to a Super Bowl in his second season. The Heisman trophy winner led the Bengals to their second consecutive AFC Championship trip in the 2022 season. The 27-year-old (as of November 2024) also led the league in completion percentage in 2021. Burrow is the first quarterback in Bengals franchise history to win a road playoff game.

Lordstown Motors signed the former Heisman Trophy winner as their brand partner and it was a perfect fit.
