Russell Wilson playing for the Denver Broncos

Russell Wilson is a professional football quarterback for the Pittsburgh Steelers of the National Football League as of 2024. After being drafted in the 2012 draft, Wilson led the Seattle Seahawks to a Super Bowl win in 2013 and also helped the Seahawks make multiple appearances in the playoffs. Wilson has been named to nine Pro Bowls and is one of five quarterbacks in NFL history with a career passer rating over 100. For a player as great as Russ, he was not a highly regarded prospect coming into the NFL and was just a two-star prospect but, he ended up being one of the greatest players.

Russell Wilson purchased a home in Colorado City, Denver. It is one of the biggest purchases ever in the city of Denver. Russell and his family purchased the home for $25 million dollars. Today we look at the massive home that the Broncos’ quarterback purchased.

Where is Russell Wilson’s house?

Russell Wilson, former Seattle Seahawks quarterback, listed his luxurious Bellevue mansion for sale in 2022, and after nearly two years on the market, the home finally found a buyer. The 11,100-square-foot mansion was initially listed at $24.9 million but sold for $21.25 million, according to the Wall Street Journal.

Wilson purchased the six-bedroom, five-bathroom estate in 2015 for $6.7 million. The mansion, which boasts stunning views of Lake Washington and downtown Seattle, sits on two-thirds of an acre. Features of the home include a professional gym, a custom theater, a spacious outdoor entertainment area with a covered dining space, and a private dock.

The mansion’s prime location in Bellevue, one of Seattle’s most desirable suburbs, along with its luxurious amenities, made it a standout property. The home had been a centerpiece for Wilson and his wife, Ciara, during their time in Seattle, but after his trade to the Denver Broncos in 2022, the couple decided to put it on the market.

While the broker, Carmen Gayton, didn’t disclose the offer amount at the time, the final sale reflects the high demand for luxury real estate in the area. Russell Wilson is currently playing for the Steelers so now he will have to find a new home soon.
