Faf du Plessis (captain, St. Lucia Kings): The wicket was a bit on the slower side and two-paced. We wanted to have a good powerplay and then wanted to take the game deep but they paced the game well. Noor Ahmad is world-class, he is extremely hard to pick and if he can stay away from the slower bowls, he could be an asset. Tim has been great, everyone comes here in the first season and a couple of them fail. There is a high after the Olympics in the islands and sport runs through their blood, expecting to see a big crowd

Chris Green (captain, Antigua and Barbuda Falcons): It is a similar story, in the middle overs we were stuck. We did not have a big partnership and couldn't get the average winning score. It wasn't as good of a wicket but we were 15 runs short. We have got 6 games, need to win 5 of them and the team are giving it all to win it for the people. This is my third season, he has the passion and cares for us. He is our motivator and instils belief and a fighting spirit in us

Statement win for St. Lucia, who build on after having won their first game magnificently. A lot of thinking for Antigua and Barbuda Falcons who will have to do some soul searching to register a first win.

Faf du Plessis started off well and added the initial impetus, but perished soon. Bhanuka Rajapaksa was dismissed cheaply and with Johnson Charles struggling, it could have been a long night for the Kings. Ackeem Auguste and Charles stitched a partnership in the middle and got the ball rolling. Auguste lost his wicket but then the hero from the last game, Tim Seifert, hit 24 runs off the 17th over, ending the chase and making it 2 wins in 2 matches for the Kings.

Antigua and Barbuda Falcons will have to be a bit more efficient with their catching and fielding. Spinners Imad Wasim, Fabian Allen and Chris Green were good with the ball in hand but pacers Shamar Spriger and Mohammad Amir were under par and ended up conceding one too many runs in their overs
