About Buffalo Bills

The Buffalo Bills are a football team based in the Buffalo-Niagara Falls metropolitan area. Established in 1959, the team competed in the American Football League (AFL) before joining the NFL in 1970. The Buffalo Bills were one of the most dominant teams in the NFL from the late 1980s to the 1990s. Winning five AFC East titles during this stretch, the Bills created history by making it to the Super Bowl four consecutive times (1990-93), but came back empty-handed on each of those 4 trips. However, post the retirement of Jim Kelly, the Bills couldn't sustain "perennial playoff team" status for a long time and faced a massive postseason drought of 17 years. However, the arrival of quarterback Josh Allen and head coach Sean McDermott in the late 2010s brought back playoff football once again to Buffalo. The Bills were valued at $4.2 billion as per Forbes report in August 2024. The Bills' passionate fan base is known as the "Bills Mafia".
Buffalo Bills Next Game
The Bills' 2024 season came to an end once again at the hands of the Kansas City Chiefs. The Bills Mafia will have to wait until August 2025, when the preseason starts to see their beloved team take the field for the first time in the 2025 season.

Buffalo Bills Roster 2025-26
It is no secret that the Buffalo Bills will go as far as 2024 NFL MVP Josh Allen takes them. After inking Josh Allen and wide receivers Joshua Palmer and Khalil Shakir to multiple-year extensions, Bills general manager Brandon Beane went hunting in free agency to shore up Buffalo's defense. After the team finished outside the top 10 in points allowed (via Fox Sports), upgrading defense was a must for Buffalo, especially at the defensive line and cornerback. Beane's two biggest additions in FA came in the form of defensive end Joey Bosa and DT Larry Ogunjobi. Beane didn't stop at that and went all defense with the Bills' first five picks in the 2025 NFL draft, drafting cornerback Maxwell Hairston, edge Landon Jackson, and a couple of defensive tackles (T.J. Sanders and Deone Walker) in the second and fourth rounds, respectively. It's safe to say the Bills' defense will have plenty of new faces in the upcoming 2025 season.

McDermott does not have a losing record in either the regular or postseason. His regular-season record stands at 86-45-0 while he is .500 in the playoffs. McDermott spent a decade in Philly and half a decade as a defensive coordinator of the Carolina Panthers before landing the biggest gig of his career in 2017.

The 3-time Pro Bowler has led the Bills to 5 consecutive AFC East titles and two AFC Conference game appearances while also maintaining a winning record in the postseason (7-6).
