Return to WWE (2022-present)

After a hiatus of three years, she made her return to programming in August 2022, only to be interrupted by Damage CTRL. She took her revenge on the February 27, 2023, episode of WWE RAW, where she helped Lita and Becky Lynch defeat Damage CTRL for the WWE Women's Tag Team Championship. On the next episode, she announced her return to the ring at WrestleMania Hollywood.
At the event, Stratus teamed up with Lynch and Lita to take on Damage CTRL (Bayley, Dakota Kai, and Iyo Sky) in a six-women tag team match. The event saw Stratus and the team take the victory. On the April 10 episode of RAW, Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez challenged Lita and Becky Lynch for the Women's Tag Team Championship. However, Stratus replaced Lita in that match as Lita was injured at the time.
Stratus and Lynch lost the match, and the former snapped. She attacked Lynch and turned heel while also revealing that she was the one who had attacked Lita. Stratus was then drafted to RAW in the annual WWE draft. A match between Stratus and Lynch was scheduled at Night of Champions, where Stratus won, thanks to an interference from former NXT Superstar Zoey Stark, who was then drafted to RAW alongside Stratus.
Trish Stratus made a special appearance during the WrestleMania XL pre-show and later hosted Money in the Bank in her hometown of Toronto. She also competed in the 2025 Royal Rumble, entering at #25 and eliminating Candice LeRae before being eliminated by Nia Jax.
