Bobby Joseph Wagner is an American football linebacker for the Washington Commanders, as of the 2024 NFL season. The Seattle Seahawks selected Wagner as the 47th overall pick in the second round of the 2012 NFL Draft. He played with the Seahawks for a decade until 2021, and later joined the Los Angeles Rams in 2022, returned to the Seahawks in 2023, and finally signed with the Commanders in 2024. Wagner was a part of the Seahawks' 2013 Super Bowl XLVIII winning team and the NFL 2010's All-Decade Team. He also earned ten Pro Bowl selections, six First-team All-Pro selections and five Second-team All-Pro selections. In 2023, Wagner was also awarded the Art Rooney Award.

As a collegiate athlete, he played at Utah State University from 2008 to 2011. According to Sports Reference, he recorded 445 tackles, 4.5 sacks, and four interceptions over his career. He was named WAC Defensive Player of the Year in 2011, earned First-team All-WAC honors thrice (2009–2011), and was the Senior Bowl MVP in 2012. Growing up, he played high school football at Colony High School in Ontario, California, as per Utah State Aggies' official wesbite.
