Elena Rybakina is a professional tennis player from Kazakhstan, who is ranked No. 6 in the world as of late 2024. She won her first Grand Slam title at Wimbledon in 2022, making her the first player from Kazakhstan to win a major title. Rybakina won her first WTA title in 2019 at the Bucharest Open, after winning the title there, she made her top 100 debut. She has won eight singles titles in her career so far, including one Grand Slam and two WTA 1000 titles.

Elena Rybakina achieved her career-high singles ranking of world No. 3 on June 2023, becoming the first Kazakhstani player to be ranked in the world's top 10. She is also a former world No. 3 junior and made her professional debut in 2016. She made a good comeback after a disappointing outing at the 2024 Australian Open, winning the runner-up trophy at the 2024 Qatar TotalEnergies Open and the winner's trophy at the 2024 Abu Dhabi Open.
