Madison Keys is an American professional tennis player, who achieved her career-high singles ranking of No. 7 in 2016. Keys has won eight WTA singles titles in her career so far, including the Cincinnati Open, and Eastbourne International.

Her performance in grand slam events is excellent, she made the US Open final in 2017. She also reached the semifinals of the Australian Open twice in 2015 and 2022, and the French Open once in 2018. She made it to the Wimbledon quarterfinals twice in 2015 and 2023.

Keys entered the top 10 at the age of 21, in 2016. Keys has had success on all surfaces. She has won at least one title in each surface and has reached at least the quarterfinals of all four majors.

Keys advanced to the 2024 Eastbourne International semifinals before falling to Leylah Fernandez. She defeated Danielle Collins in the 2024 International de Strasbourg finals to claim her eighth WTA singles title.

Where she got a chance to get a tennis lesson from Chris Evert. After seeing 12-year-old Keys, Chris said, "At 12 years old, she's pretty much an all-court player; she's not one-dimensional, which is pretty rare in this day and age."
