Chris Jones (full name: Christopher Deshun Jones) is an American football defensive tackle playing for the Kansas City Chiefs as of January 2025. After being drafted as the 37th overall pick in the 2016 NFL Draft by the Chiefs, Jones started 11 games, appearing in 16 in his rookie year. He finished the season with 28 combined and 17 solo assists (as per Pro Football Reference), earning a place in the PFWA All-Rookie Team. Jones is a three-time Super Bowl winner with the Chiefs and has also been to the Pro Bowl six times while being a First-Team All-Pro three times, as of January 2025.
Jones grew up in Mississippi attending Houston High School. He was considered the nation's no. 2 overall prospect by 247Sports and was No. 1 on the Jackson (Miss.)
