Will the Raiders make the playoffs this year? The answer to that question is most likely to be in the negative.
Bringing in Gardner Minshew as a likely QB1 did little to boost the Raiders' chances while replacing Josh Jacobs with Alexander Mattison is also unlikely to move the needle. DT Christian Wilkins was their one big swing in free agency, and credit where credit is due, it was a big swing. But there's little else to look forward to.
