Caleb Ransaw is an American football cornerback from Tulane University. He previously played at the Troy Trojans. He is a Harvest, Alabama, native and attended Sparkman High School. Ransaw began his college career at Troy University in 2021 and spent three seasons there before transferring to Tulane for the 2024 season. At Troy, he played 35 games, recording 81 tackles, six tackles for loss, one interception, and five pass deflections. In 2023, he became a full-time starter and received honorable mention All-Sun Belt Conference recognition, according to the Troy Trojans roster.

At Tulane, he played in 12 games, totaling 34 tackles, four tackles for loss, one sack, and three pass deflections. He allowed just 11 receptions on 24 targets across 265 coverage snaps, earning a third-team All-AAC selection, as per his Green Wave roster. On January 15, 2025, Ransaw declared for the 2025 NFL Draft through his Instagram account (@_csaww). At the NFL Scouting Combine, his Next Gen Stats score of 71 ranked 15th overall among the cornerbacks, according to the official NFL website.
