The Holly Hill, South Carolina-born wideout attended Lake Marion High School & Technology Center in Santee. Williams recorded 60 or more receptions in both his junior and senior years in high school. Following this, as a four-star recruit coming out of high school, Williams committed to Clemson University in 2013. In his 4-year tenure with the Tigers, Williams had two 1k receiving yards years.
