2024-25 Boston Celtics Roster & Players | NBA
The 2024-25 Boston Celtics roster is built of several formidable All-Star players as they enter the 2024-25 NBA season with championship aspirations. At the core of the Celtics game plan are the duo of Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown, determined to win another NBA championship and establish a new Boston Celtics dynasty.
Tatum is the biggest superstar on the Celtics roster as he brings his elite two-way game to the hardwood. He is complemented by Jaylen Brown, who himself is an outstanding two-way player. Both of them form a potent combination and can lead the Celtics players into the playoffs. In the frontcourt of the Celtics lineup is 7 foot 3 inches tall Kristaps Porzingis, whose towering presence and unique skill set as a stretch-five center adds a new dimension to the Celtics roster 2024. Porzingis' ability to protect the paint and knock down perimeter shots makes him a matchup nightmare for opposing defenses. The backcourt of the Boston Celtics lineup features Derrick White and Jrue Holiday. Both the players have multiple NBA All-Defensive nods and boost the Boston Celtics championship roster to a whole another level with their elite defensive skills as well as offensive finesse.
The bench unit of the Boston Celtics roster 2024 is led by veteran center/forward Al Horford who will provide invaluable support as a backup for Porzingis while showcasing his two-way versatility as a big man. Sam Hauser adds depth as a 3-point shooting specialist, while Xavier Tillman and Luke Kornet contribute to defense and rebounding in the frontcourt of the Celtics roster. Payton Pritchard offers valuable minutes as the backup behind the starting guards while providing energy and quick offense from the bench. Lastly, the off-season signing Lonnie Walker IV could get minutes in the Celtics lineup as well. There are several young players in the Celtics 2024-25 roster such as JD Davison, Ron Harper Jr, Jaden Springer, Drew Peterson, and Anton Watson, all of them will spend considerable time in the G League.
The Boston Celtics players from the 2024-25 roster will be under the strategic guidance of Coach Joe Mazulla, as the Boston Celtics are primed to make a championship run in the 2024-25 NBA season.
