2024-25 Philadelphia 76ers Roster & Players | NBA
The Philadelphia 76ers roster 2024 is headlined by 2023 MVP Joel Embiid, the undisputed leader of the team. Embiid is focused on ending the playoff curse and leading the Sixers to a successful season. Surrounding Embiid are some of the biggest signings in the NBA offseason, making the 76ers roster one of the most dangerous in the league.
The most significant addition to the 76ers roster is Paul George, a nine-time All-Star known for his two-way versatility. George is a smooth offensive operator, who can instantly elevate the Philadelphia 76ers lineup. His presence changes the dynamics in the Eastern Conference and creates one of the most potent rosters in the NBA. Joining George and Embiid is NBA’s reigning Most Improved Player Tyrese Maxey, whose lightning-fast offense is crucial to the 76ers lineup. This trio forms the core of the team, with Maxey’s ability to push the tempo and score at will bring new excitement to the 76ers roster 2024.
Another key signing of the off-season is Caleb Martin, a reliable and versatile role player who can switch between small forward and power forward, adding depth to the Philadelphia 76ers roster. The Sixers also re-signed Kelly Oubre Jr. after a strong season, further bolstering their forward positions. The 76ers players have a wealth of veteran leadership on the roster. Kyle Lowry and Reggie Jackson, both experienced point guards, offer valuable backup play. The signing of Eric Gordon adds shooting and veteran experience at the shooting guard position. In the frontcourt, Andre Drummond and Frenchman Guerschon Yabusele provide size, rebounding, and defensive depth.
Rounding out the Philadelphia 76ers players are young talents like KJ Martin, Ricky Council IV, and rookie Jared McCain, who will look to contribute in limited minutes. Lester Quinones and Adem Bona complete the Philadelphia 76ers roster 2024, making this team a well-rounded championship contender.
