Adil Rashid Family

Adil Usman Rashid MBE is a professional cricketer representing the England cricket team across all international formats. Born on February 17, 1988, in Bradford, Yorkshire, he played his first game for the national team of England in 2009.

With fellow spinner Moeen Ali, Rashid was the ace of England during their 2019 Cricket World Cup victory. Along with his success in international cricket, Rashid has also had a decorated domestic career, playing for Yorkshire in county cricket and appearing in several T20 leagues across the world, including the Big Bash League in Australia and the Indian Premier League. According to the London Gazette, Rashid received the honor of the Member of the British Empire (MBE) for his contributions in cricket in 2023.
