Ritika started working in her cousin Bunty Sajdeh’s company Cornerstone. She used to have meetings with Rohit in the earlier stages which turned into friendship and then into love. After dating for 6 years, the couple tied the knot in the year 2015. After marrying Rohit, she has managed The Hitman’s sports tours. In 2017, Rohit Sharma hit his 3rd double hundred in ODIs on his second wedding anniversary and dedicated his innings to his wife, Ritika. After achieving the milestone he even kissed his wedding ring while Ritika was in happy tears in the stands.

Ritika Sajdeh gave birth to Samaira Sharma in December 2018. Rohit Sharma was on a flight to Sydney at that time. He was with the Indian squad, playing the Border-Gavaskar Trophy against Australia. Ahead of the fourth Test, Rohit flew back to Mumbai to be with his wife.
Samaira celebrated her 4th birthday in December 2022, Rohit Sharma and Ritika made it a dream celebration for their little one. Samaira’s 4th birthday was nothing less than an extravagant ride for her. Rohit and Ritika planned an early birthday party for her a month prior where the couple organized a mini amusement park for Samaira with different activities like rides, painting, stuffed animals, and whatnot.
The park even had a DIsney-like castle which had “Samaira turns 4” written on it. Rohit, Ritika, and their family members played and danced with the birthday girl. Samaira wore a dazzling pink frock for the pre-birthday party and she truly loved the surprise her mum and father gave to her. The couple shared a video of the same on their Instagram with the caption, “Early birthday celebration for Sammy and we all got a chance to be kids again”.
Recently, in December 2023, when Samaira turned 5, Rohit and Ritika organized a dreamy birthday bash for their daughter.
