Curtis Samuel, a wide receiver for the Buffalo Bills, was born on August 11, 1996. The Carolina Panthers selected him with the 40th overall pick in the second round of the 2017 NFL Draft. He went to Erasmus High School, received an invitation to the All-American Bowl and was awarded the 2013 New York Gatorade Player of the Year in his senior year. After joining the Ohio State Buckeyes as a four-star recruit in 2014, he went on to win the 2015 NFL National Championship, the 2016 first-team All-American, and the 2016 first-team All-Big Ten honors.
