Noah Brown plays wide receiver for the Washington Commanders in the 2024 NFL season. Brown was the 239th selection by the Dallas Cowboys in the seventh round of the 2017 NFL Draft. He joined the Houston Texans in 2023 after playing for the Cowboys for six NFL seasons. In August 2024, a season later, he joined with the Commanders. He was placed on injury reserve after suffering an injury in Week 13. According to Pro Football Reference, he had played 87 games as of January 2025, hauling in 150 receptions for 2,000 receiving yards and six touchdowns.
In 2014, Brown enrolled at Ohio State University, where he went on to win the CFP national title in 2015. He dominated at spring practice, but he was forced to redshirt for the 2015 season after breaking his left tibia and fibula in a non-contact exercise late in fall camp. The injury was severe enough to have two different procedures. He made a comeback in 2016 as a sophomore, starting all 13 games. He tied for the team lead with 32 receptions, which was second on the team, for 402 yards and seven touchdowns. Following the season, he decided to join the 2017 NFL draft.
