Charlie Coyle is an American professional ice hockey forward playing for the Boston Bruins in the NHL. He previously played for the Minnesota Wild after being traded by the San Jose Sharks, who selected him in the first round, 28th overall, in the 2010 NHL Entry Draft.

Before his professional career, Coyle played for Boston University’s hockey program and briefly for the Saint John Sea Dogs of the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League (QMJHL) in 2012. Coyle made his NHL debut in 2013 and played for the Wild until 2019 when he was traded to the Bruins. He played a key role in the Bruins' Stanley Cup Final run and signed a six-year contract extension worth $31.5 million.

Charlie Coyle, a native of Weymouth, Massachusetts, and his wife Danielle Hooper have been residing in a luxurious Seaport penthouse in Boston. They also bought a house on Cape Cod, where they spend summertime.
