He played collegiate hockey at Harvard University, where he led NCAA defensemen in assists and points, earning recognition as one of the best players in the nation. Fox made his NHL debut with the Rangers in 2019 after being acquired in a trade and has since become a cornerstone of their defense. In 2021, he won the James Norris Memorial Trophy as the NHL’s best defenseman, becoming only the second player in history to win the award before completing his third season.
