Non-PPR leagues represent the original scoring format for traditional fantasy football leagues. No points at all are rewarded for making receptions, so yardage becomes the largest base for assessing any player’s outlook. These types of leagues also put more of a premium on scoring touchdowns because without receptions to lean on, weekly scores remain lower and players’ floss become much more dangerous.

Sportskeeda’s 2024 non-PPR fantasy football rankings are defined by balance, with wide receivers and running backs dominating the top of the board. There are five each in the top 10 and ten each in the top 20 overall, with quarterbacks and tight ends not appearing until the rankings reach 30th and beyond. To demonstrate the importance of touchdowns in this scoring format, the top four slots are occupied by players with a strong history of finding the endzone.
