PPR leagues continue to increase in popularity during each fantasy football season. This format rewards a full point for every reception made by any player, accounting for more total fantasy points and helping other positions to even out with the high-scoring quarterback position. While wide receivers record the most receptions of any position, running backs involved in their team’s passing game also get a major boost to their fantasy values.

Sportskeeda’s 2024 PPR redraft fantasy football rankings feature 11 wide receivers and running backs to form the top 20 overall players. Justin Jefferson has been one fo the biggest fallers this year due to a significant quarterback change as he now checks in at number-eight overall after being the consensus top pick last season. Sam LaPorta and Josh Allen are the only two players in the top 30 overall that play in a position other than running back or wide receiver, demonstrating the importance of format when it comes to any ranking system.
