Matthew Tkachuk is an ice hockey forward and alternate captain for the Florida Panthers. He was drafted sixth overall by the Calgary Flames in the 2016 NHL Entry Draft. Tkachuk was born in Scottsdale, Arizona, and raised in Creve Coeur, Missouri. He is the son of former NHL player Keith Tkachuk.
