Where does David Warner live?

One of the greatest cricketers in Australia, Warner is also a big property investor. The Warners are staying on Duncan St in Maroubra. The Warners sold their other interim Maroubra property in 2021 for $4.2 million, and they then moved into the current residence in 2021.

According to the reports by News Australia, David Warner paid $3.9 million for their present property in 2017, which was their fourth purchase in the eastern suburbs. Prior to construction on the home, which is estimated to be worth over $10 million, the house was demolished.

Its stunning natural light and omnipresent views of the ocean have contributed to its recognition as an "architectural marvel."

The owners were eager to provide the same luxury and sophistication here as they do at the best hotels in the world. "However, it's also a beach house, so we also wanted them to be able to kick off their shoes, walk in from the beach, and refresh," interior designer Alexandra Kidd told The Australian.

David Warner, his wife Candice, and their three daughters - Ivy Mae, Indi Rae and Isla Rose - live in a $2.3 million Maroubra home.

How many houses does David Warner own?

The five-story mansion owned by David and Candice Warner in Lurline Bay is situated near a private beach and faces the cliff side. According to the reports by News Australia, the mansion designed by architect Rolf Ockert has an estimated value of about $10 million.

They purchased the luxurious two-story house in November 2016, which has four spacious bedrooms and a master suite with its own terrace courtyard. On both the lower and upper levels, there are huge formal and casual living rooms, and also a lower guest apartment with a private terrace.

David Warner’s Other Properties

Australian cricketer David Warner owns five homes in Sydney's eastern suburbs, including a house in Maroubra that is valued at $2.3 million, according to the reports by News Australia. There are two bathrooms, four bedrooms, and a kitchen ideal for a gathering on the property. On the basement floor, there's also a guest apartment with a separate entrance. The Warners planned to construct their next residence 800 meters from the Maroubra property in Lurline Bay. Very little information is available about his other properties.
