The forthcoming edition of the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup will take place across the Caribbean Islands and the United States of America (USA) between June 02-29, 2024.
The 20-side event will see sides get divided into four different groups. Each team will lock horns with the reminding sides of their group once.
The top-two sides from each group will qualify for the Super-8 stage, where teams will be divided into two groups of four. The top-two sides from each group will advance to the semi-finals.
The semi-finals will take place in Guyana and Trinidad on June 27 while the titular clash will take place at Bridgetown, Barbados, on June 29.

Two-time ICC Men’s T20 World Cup champions will lock to script an encore of 2012 and 2016 when they co-host the marquee event this summer.
The West Indies have named a power packed squad for the ICC T20 World Cup 2024. The Men in Maroon will be led by Rovman Powell and boasts of blistering batsmen like Brandon King, Shimron Hetmyer, Nicholas Pooran, Andre Russell, Johnson Charles, Sherfane Rutherford.
The co- hosts have also included a couple of anchor batsmen in the form of Shai Hope and Roston Chase.
The pace department will be led by the experienced Alzarri Joseph, Jason Holder, and breakout star Shamar Joseph while Akeal Hosein and Gudakesh Motie will lead the spin arena. The notable absentees from the squad include left-arm seamer Obed McCoy, dynamic opener Kyle Mayers, and right-arm pacer Oshane Thomas.
